10 Things That Would Improve WWE Brand Split

9. Stop Hampering SmackDown With 205 Live

Why WWE continue to run 205 Live after SmackDown has finished is anyone's guess. If it's not bad enough that the show plays before half-empty arenas, the Cruiserweight-only program also beefs out the length of time WWE expect people to sit and watch the product.

Straight after SmackDown, another hour of wrestling begins. That's then followed by the Talking Smack show, one which reacts to the blue brand's latest offering. Doesn't this seem like overkill? WWE are killing any chance of 205 Live being effective by programming things this way.

Worse, the Cruiserweights are supposed to be exclusive to Raw. It makes little sense to see the various feuds and matches being hyped during SmackDown at all. Surely, if anything, 205 Live should be happening right after Raw, or ideally before it.

Make the Cruiserweights a positive, WWE. Get them out there working fast-paced matches right at the top of lengthy tapings. Otherwise, the entire 205 Live concept just isn't effective.
