Wrestling fans are acquainted with love triangles. In fact, some of the greatest angles in the sport's long and illustrious history involve two men fighting for the affection of one woman.

WWE fans witnessed the saga of Triple H, Kurt Angle and Stephanie McMahon. ECW fans recall the melodrama involving Tommy Dreamer, Raven and Beulah McGuillicutty. Then there is WCW, where Steve McMichael fought to preserve his relationship with the stunning Debra despite advances from Jeff Jarrett.

It's ironic that Jarrett was a participant in said triangle, because the next time he found himself in such a predicament, there would not be a camera in sight.

At least not at first.

As Kurt and Karen Angle's relationship disintegrated away from the squared circle, the beautiful brunette found solace in Jarrett, who was recovering from the passing of his beloved wife. Eventually, they forged their own relationship, catching Jarrett in deep water with TNA management, who believed his actions were less-than becoming of a part-owner of the company. Especially when his new significant other was the former wife of its biggest star.

Jarrett was placed on a leave of absence and stripped of his ownership in the company in the aftermath as rumours ran rampant about what about happen next.

Eventually, the company created a storyline out of the discomfort (because of course they did), blending reality with entertainment, but not before the entire ordeal became one of the biggest gossip points of the internet wrestling community.
