10 Things Triple H Will Immediately Do If Handed The Keys To WWE

3. Give More Creative Freedom To WWE Talent

Since the dawning of WWE, there have been bookers and creative consultants.

Their job was to help talent get over their talking points and further the stories of their characters. But, since Stephanie McMahon has taken the role as head of Creative, it can be argued the WWE's ever-expanding pool of writers don't have a feel for today's characters like the talents themselves do. Triple H may aim to change the deadening verbatim scripted promo era.

The over-scripted versus "open for interpretation" debate between Stephanie and Triple H might fall anywhere from interesting to hostile. That said, Triple H has proven giving creative freedom to his NXT trainees is working like a charm. He can also show many of those same talents are failing when moved up to the main roster because that freedom is being taken away. Stephanie may need that structure - but for much of the talent roster, scripting becomes a game of memorisation, all the while stifling creativity.

If using his NXT roster as an example doesn't do it, he may get her to change her stance by pointing to his own experiences in WWE. Triple H was known in his prime to go off script. It led to heat between him and The Rock, until The Rock learned veering from the written page was acceptable - if it was entertaining. Once both knew the boundaries, both had iconic exchanges and grew into two of the most popular WWE Superstars in history.

With power comes great responsibility and if in the right hands, Stephanie and Triple H extending that olive branch could create the next big star.
