10 Things We Learned From Bayley On Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions

2. 2020 Is Arguably The Most Fun She’s Had

Bayley told Austin that she's had a blast during the pandemic/ThunderDome era despite the fact she's pretty much wrestling in front of a few hundred webcams. She also said that it sucks that fans can't buy tickets and be there live, but there's a definite upside.

Namely, Bayley got to develop more of a personality.

As a fan, her self-awareness is appreciated. She's never been the most outwardly charismatic (see earlier entries for proof), and had to come out of her shell by jazzing things up a little. 2020 gave her the chance to do that, and WWE were only too happy to let Bayley and Sasha Banks act like real "jerks".

Bayley would say that 2020 allowed her to be selfish for the first time in her career. Instead of worrying too much about helping others get over, she took centre stage and had a ball with one of her best friends. There was something cathartic about that.
