Part of the female revolution in WWE, Becky lynch blossomed from just another face on the roster to being one of NXT's greatest success stories. Early gimmicks such as a stereotypical Irish dancing character did little to get Lynch over, it wasn't until management allowed some of her natural personality to shine through that she started endearing fans.

One of the most interesting statements Becky makes during her chat with Steve Austin compares NXT to the WWE main roster. When Austin asks how well NXT prepares performers for life on Raw and SmackDown, Lynch fires back that she much prefers life on the main roster because she prefers working in front of bigger crowds.

In NXT, there was more of an insular feel to everything. Training at the WWE Performance Center was all geared towards those weekly matches for the brand, whereas now she gets to travel around, meet new people and perform in front of massive audiences.

Becky feels less pressure on SmackDown, because there isn't too much time to overthink. Instead, it's simply a case of getting on with the show.
