If you're strictly a UFC fan who pretty much only tunes in to watch WWE when Brock Lesnar shows up, you learned two things last night: WWE 2K17 looks pretty slick, and Lesnar will be back at SummerSlam. The reason you know this? Because the UFC aired promos for the WWE during the event, noting that the professional wrestling outfit was a sponsor of UFC 200.

It's probably a safe bet that they didn't have to pay much, if anything, to air those ads during the PPV broadcast. In fact, it's quite likely that the only "price" for the publicity they got last night was to allow Brock Lesnar to return in the first place. Not a bad deal, all in all.

On top of that, Brock Lesnar picking up a big win over a legitimate top fighter in the UFC once again makes him look like the baddest man on the planet. Walking into the cage after nearly five years away and winning is nearly unthinkable, yet Lesnar did it with ease, or close to it. That builds up his WWE persona, not that it wasn't already huge.

Still, if Lesnar was billed as a beast before, well, he can be billed as an even bigger beast now. Can we get 15 more suplexes of John Cena?
