6. Vince Was The Kid Who ‘Wanted To Be Cool’

One of the pops of the night in Glasgow came when Bruce did an impression of Vince McMahon's feigned happiness over others smoking weed.

"Aw great, they're rolling a doobie back there. I can't wait", the boss would say, much to Prichard's amusement. To the writer, it was akin to someone's father having a few beers and trying to relive his youth around the hip and happening youngsters. That's just the start.

When the joint eventually found its way to Vince, he'd make a weird face, hesitate and ask the person passing him it if "your mouth touched that?". McMahon, someone Bruce has called out before for being unbelievably peculiar with his eating and drinking habits, was worried that he'd get some germs from someone else.

That was his excuse for not smoking, and he'd then pass off the questionable smoke and repeat the cycle all over again. To Bruce, this only happened 'cause McMahon didn't want to look like the square of the group, but there was no way he was smoking anything anyone else had.
