10 Things We Learned From Charlotte Flair On Stone Cold’s Broken Skull Sessions Podcast

3. Charlotte's WrestleMania 35 Regret

It worked, but Charlotte still wasn't satisfied.

McMahon appeared on TV and publicly announced that Flair would join Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey in a Triple Threat at WrestleMania 35. The 'Queen' was elated, because she realised she'd be headlining WWE's biggest show, but then she started to view the whole story as a glaring missed opportunity.

There's a fun bit during their chat when Austin and Flair struggle to get on the same page here - 'Stone Cold' figured that Charlotte being in the 'Mania main event was a no-brainer. Meanwhile, Flair herself had hoped to see more context behind her inclusion on Raw and SmackDown heading up to the big night.

Vince clearly didn't see the need for that (it would've happened otherwise). The then-boss was happy just announcing Charlotte on camera, but she still figures a protracted story explaining her involvement would've been way better than the sudden moment fans saw.
