Like many wrestlers who leave WWE, Damien Sandow will be leaving his name behind him. He wrestled under many guises with the company and even became chamelonic as part of his gimmick.

He began under his real name, Aaron Stevens (a variation of his birth name, Aaron Steven Haddad) went on to become Idol Stevens in his first run with the company before returning in his best known run as Damien Sandow. He also had phases as Damien Mizdow (Miz's stunt double) and Macho Mizdow when he teamed with Curtis Axel, playing a parody of the Macho Man Randy Savage in a rejigged version of the Mega Powers (Axel took on the Hogan Role).

After being released from his WWE contract, Stevens announced via his Twitter account that he was available for independent bookings and was returning to his original name as Damien Sandow was trademarked by the WWE. He will no doubt be in high demand due to his status as a cult favourite amonst both the internet wrestling community and casual fans alike.

His appearance at WCPW's July show will be the first chance for UK fans to see him in action since he left the company.
