2. The Story Never Gets Any Easier

It'd be disrespectful to call this 'Dark Side Of The Ring' finale the best episode VICE has done. From a filmmaking standpoint, it is, and yet it's also one of the most harrowing narratives they could've picked. As much as viewers will surely be gripped by the love Owen's family have for him and the dreadful way his life ended, they'll also shed tears.

It's impossible not to.

This might be the millionth time some fans have heard about Owen's fall, but it's every bit as sickening when recapped by VICE. Talking head segments from Jim Ross, Chris Jericho, Jim Cornette, D'Lo Brown and Jimmy Korderas are moving. Also, hearing The Godfather (who was Owen's opponent at Over The Edge '99) recant his own memory of that night is similarly painful.

He was standing at the Gorilla Position behind the curtain ready to make his entrance when Owen's body was wheeled past. Godfather recalls seeing that Hart was blue, and he couldn't stop himself from crying after witnessing something so hair-raising. Everything was pure chaos.
