Kanyon was largely out of the public eye by the time WWE's 13 February 2003 edition of SmackDown rolled around. There, he was tasked with emerging from a giant crate (said to be a gift from Big Show) dressed as Boy George and sing for The Undertaker.

Yep.

'Taker hammered Kanyon and sent him packing, but several talking heads on the doc say that the legend was high on Chris behind the scenes and wanted to find a more permanent role for him. Sadly, Kanyon got inside his own head, blieving that WWE knew he was gay and that they were mocking his sexuality.

He later admitted to Mitchell that this wasn't true and that he was just bitter over the Alliance push flopping a few years earlier. That didn't stop Kanyon from nearly pursuing legal action against WWE for the one-off angle. His friends were glad he didn't, because they didn't believe he had a leg to stand on.
