10 Things We Learned From IMPACT Wrestling Live

1. You Wouldn’t Have Known It Was TV

IMPACT announced that the Glasgow show would be taped for episodes of TV ahead of time. Sadly, this was hardly mentioned again, and that's another missed opportunity the promotion should look to fix next time. TNA should lift the WWE way of doing things here.

Anyone who has attended WWE tapings/live TV shows will know how excellent the company is at using it to hype the crowd. Simple statements like, 'Remember, we're live!' do go a long, long way to getting everyone excited. IMPACT didn't do much of that on Thursday, which is a pity.

In fact, there weren't too many cameras around at all. The hard cam nest was obvious, and there were several roaming cameras, but the show didn't come across as some big time production. Shooting footage is a tool TNA can use to their advantage in the future.

It's a must.
