As much as he was supposed to irritate the man at points, Paul Heyman quite clearly has a lot of respect for Jim Ross and his work. One of WWE's longest-serving announcers, Ross became the narrative voice people enjoyed hearing whenever they tuned into WWF/WWE programming from 1993-2013. His relationship with the company has not been without ups and downs, but he's fondly remembered.

Putting aside any professional animosity manufactured for the cameras, Heyman made sure to mention during all three Inside The Ropes shows what he really thinks about JR. For Paul, Jim Ross is the best talker in the history of the wrestling business.

Justifying such strong words, Heyman went on to say that Ross did more speaking than anybody on WWE television for years. Further, he was also asked to announce many of the biggest matches in company history by the actual wrestlers themselves, so cherished were his contributions.

Acknowledging Steve Austin and The Rock, Paul feels nobody can touch Jim Ross from a verbal point of view in wrestling ever.
