10 Things We Learned From Kane On Talk Is Jericho

2. Wrestling And Politics Aren't So Different

While wrestling was the main subject of discussion during Kane's appearance on Talk is Jericho, the pair also spent a short time discussing the former's imminent move into the realm of politics.

And, while many have suggested the Big Red Machine's supposed "controversial" past could work against him, the man himself is convinced that the years he has spent inside the wrestling pressure cooker can only help his chances of success.

This actually makes perfect sense when you think about it. Many a political career has been ended - or at least severely damaged - after they've put in a poor performance on live television. This is something that simply won't faze Glenn Jacobs, who has been in front of cameras virtually all his adult life.

If he is successful in his efforts to become mayor of Knox County, perhaps we'll see more WWE stars running for public office in the near-future. Pete Dunne, for example, seems like the ideal man to head up Brexit negotiations for the UK.
