6. How He Made Peace With HIAC

Mick wasn't keen on his infamous HIAC classic for years.

In fact, Mrs. Foley's baby boy started to view his critically-acclaimed match with The Undertaker as an albatross around his neck. He couldn't shake it, and almost came to resent the fact that it was the only thing fans wanted to discuss when looking back over his career.

'Taker attended one of Mick's live stand up shows and changed his friend's outlook - he cornered Foley backstage and said, "Jack, that match will outlive us both". Something suddenly clicked inside the battle-scarred legend's head. He realised that he should embrace what they achieved.

Again, Austin was stunned (ahem) that Mick viewed his Hell In A Cell magic with such annoyance for well over a decade. Slowly, Foley came to appreciate the majestic frenzy they'd whipped that King Of The Ring '98 crowd into, and he's happy to look back on it now.

That's just as well, 'cause 'Stone Cold' ran footage from it.
