Imbibed with renewed purpose in their mini-feud with Breezango, The Usos returned fire on the cutting remarks shot their way by the challengers in another confident and composed takedown of the babyface insurgents.

Alongside a steady run of victories and their side-splitting vignettes, Tyler Breeze and Fandango have quickly gained support from live audiences for their entertaining in-ring style and goofy fashion police personas. After turning heel on American Alpha last year, The Usos have yet to find a babyface team to bounce off in such a manner, but the catwalk-strutting tandem have turned out to be ideal foil.

Breezango's sudden elevation has ran parallel to the singles push of Jinder Mahal, and WWE may choose to capitalise on the 'Anything Can Happen' mantra of old in continuing to push SmackDown Live! as the 'Land of Opportunity'.

Taking the stage after the stylish duo brushed past The Colons, Jimmy and Jey cut through their challengers' mockery to issue stark warnings to the pair ahead of the Backlash clash.

Booked as understandably strong, self-assured champions, they oozed credibility in their dismissive put-downs of the underdogs, appearing to relish the fight approaching them this Sunday.
