6. Who Is Nick Rogers?
Especially when focusing on the plethora of promos, former FCW/NXT wrestler, The Mayor’ Nick Rogers receives an honourable mention in the documentary. Nick Rogers, real name Austin Spencer, is not an established name, so it is hard to believe he got such a positive reference from a number of current WWE superstars.
‘Jacked’ Nick Rogers stood out for his charisma, and multiple clips were shown of him performing his hilarious catchphrase, ‘without… even breaking… a sweat!’ An anecdote of Nick managing to recycle his promo does give off the impression he was taken seriously, but he stands out in the documentary.
After leaving NXT, Rogers performed for indie shows using his real name, and the moniker ‘Mr Jacked.’ It appears he hasn’t been involved in wrestling since 2016.
