Jim Lancaster was the promoter of Ohio's Midwest Championship Wrestling when he agreed to start training Al in the early-1980s. Notoriously old-school in his mindset, Jim didn't give much away to the youngster and decreed that he'd have to find a place they could train. That's when Al decided his old high school gym would be perfect.

After asking an old amateur wrestling coach if he'd mind them rolling around on the mats for a few hours, Snow agreed a date and time, and was excited as hell. That excitement turned to fear when he showed up at the building to find it empty when he got inside. Worse, he was then accosted by police officers (not Breezango) for trespassing.

Unbeknownst to Al, the school had been shut down suddenly and the coach didn't tell him. Police had been dispatched to ensure nobody stole anything from the building or caused any problems. Poor Al just wanted to learn how to bump, but he almost got arrested.
