If Braun Strowman has been figuratively the biggest victim of the WrestleMania booking, The Big Show takes the literal honours.

Despite a long segment dedicated to him throwing out virtually every Monday Night Raw entrant in the Andre The Giant Battle Royal, (and only being dumped himself by the entire crew of losers working together), it was clear to see the air of disappointment hang between Show's gaze at the chocolate-looking trophy he's already won.

Since the award's inception at WrestleMania 30, The Big Show has been part of all three matches, been a feature elimination in two and won the other. In Battle Royal terms, he literally has no other purpose to serve, and yet continues to be dumped in them under a cloud of creative malaise.

After several months away from television and some remarkable gym selfies from the 'World's Largest Athlete', the table looked set off-screen for the long-awaited clash of the titans with basketball icon Shaquille O'Neil.

However, the match was never discussed on television, leading to the eventual news that plans had collapsed, leaving Show left to work one of his final WrestleMania encounters in another pointless multi-man match. What might have been...
