In one of those 'blink and you'll miss it' moments on the podcast, Ospreay publicly discussed his wish to have a Triple Threat match with both Ricochet and Chris Jericho at some point over the past two years.

Long before he was working opposite Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 this past January, Y2J was interested in hitting Japan and putting himself in between two of the most exciting wrestlers on the planet. That Jericho, he's a crafty one, and this proves he was thinking about New Japan pre-Alpha vs. Omega at WK12.

Even though Will and Jericho didn't spent much time talking about how the match would have worked, where it would have happened etc, it's worth hearing them briefly acknowledge that a Triple Threat was (temporarily, at least) in the works.

Big Vince may have had something to say about this one.
