8. Ospreay Thought He'd Blown It When Chatting Up Bea

Will Ospreay and Bea Priestley have been together for around two years now. They met at an unnamed independent show in the UK, but it wasn't exactly love at first sight, at least not for Bea. Although Ospreay was smitten from the off, his nervous approach upon saying hello made him sure he'd never see Priestley again.

Walking up to Bea, Will came out with the wonderful line, "Will, my name is hi". Of course, though he meant to say, "Hi, my name is Will", Ospreay couldn't get the words out and stammered his way through a hasty introduction. After that, he stood alone post-show and wondered if he'd ever get a second chance.

Bea and Will met again at a mutual friend's party and hit it off once they realised how much they had in common. Somebody needs to make a t-shirt with Ospreay's messy chat-up line emblazoned on the front. That's a money-maker for sure.
