Looking at Will Ospreay fly around the ring, you wouldn't know that he struggles to find proper motivation when it comes to working out. In Bea's words, Will is the kind of guy who can work out every fortnight and still "look jacked". Why else would he have great abs if he didn't know how to diet/train effectively?

Well, according to Ospreay, the whole working out thing is a constant challenge. As he's naturally quite skinny, gaining muscle mass is difficult, and he's never actually been shown many training techniques or been taught about the benefits of proper nutrition.

If he's saying that body comes naturally, colour the rest of the male population jealous.

It's interesting to learn that one of wrestling's greatest flyers pretty much makes things up as he goes along. With proper guidance and a little more research, it's scary to think just how good Ospreay could become. Get on it, Will.
