Aged just 15 years old, young Becky walked into Finn Bálor's Irish training school in Bray with her brother and hoped for the best. She's said before in interviews that the lack of facilities (including anything resembling a proper wrestling ring) shocked her, and so did the rag-tag bunch of rookie trainees following Bálor's lead.

WWE's Performance Center this wasn't.

Finn's talking head segment reveals that he spotted Lynch straight away, partly because she was the only girl in the class who had showed up. Her sparky, lively personality also caught his attention, and he could see that she'd "be special". Then, she stepped foot in the ring and he realised the job he had on his hands.

Bálor, her brother and Becky herself all admit that she struggled to get to grips with the actual wrestling side of things. Finn later told some mates that he believed her enthusiasm would take her "straight to the top somehow, but not because of her wrestling" ability.
