"Say yeah!".

Or, more accurately, say Dash Wilder. It'll be a bit of a shock for some watching 24 to learn that The Revival man and Edge go back a long way. When the Canadian first moved to Asheville, North Carolina, he became friendly with Wilder (who worked in a local Gold's Gym), and, to his immense credit, Dash never once let on he was a wrestler too.

Edge respected that, because he realises now how easy it would've been for Wilder to mosey on up and give him the big sales pitch back then. Once he found out about Dash's weekend job, Edge went to bat for him and handed a DVD of footage to then-WWE talent scout John Laurinaitis. That helped raise Wilder's profile.

Fast forward the best part of a decade and Dash was helping Edge instead. He travelled over to the private warehouse and worked some light-hearted training matches with his old friend to help get him back into ring shape before the Royal Rumble.
