10 Things We Learned From WWE 24: Edge

3. WWE Gave Him His Own Ring To Train In

Sh*t got very real once Edge was cleared, and the race for ring shape was on.

There was just one stumbling block: Edge knew that the internet would get its grubby mitts on things if he dared show face inside any squared circle at WWE's Performance Center. Thinking on his feet, he randomly suggested that WWE set him up with a private ring in his own warehouse. Triple H said that wouldn't be a problem.

Edge couldn't believe it. Despite being the one who made the pitch, he honestly didn't think that WWE would go for it. It blew his mind that the company would readily dump a full-sized ring on his doorstep and set the thing up for him. He laughed on the doc and said his 13-year old self would've collapsed at the thought.

It happened though. Edge had a ring, and he'd enlist Beth to help run some basic drills and spots so he could get a feel for working again. It didn't take long before the couple realised they might need someone else to motor their rehearsals along.
