10 Things We Learned From WWE 24: WrestleMania Orlando

7. The Undertaker's Anxiety

Of all the people in the company - nay, wrestling - who should have complete conviction in their legacy, it's The Undertaker, but apparently not. WWE's doc presented a Deadman confronted with his own mortality, racked with anxiety over his ability to perform.

"Hopefully I'll be able to prove that the old guys can still go," he opines with plaintive optimism. "One of my biggest fears is becoming a parody of myself. They should get the best Undertaker."

It's remarkably raw stuff from a guy whose aura has been jealously protected for the same length of time that the Berlin Wall stood.

There was still a touch of defiance in his tone though: "'Aw, here comes the old guy again...' Old guy that's not afraid to put a size 15 up your ass if you get out of line."

And then there's that shirt. You gotta have some balls on you still to go around wearing that.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
