6. He Loves His Mountain Biking

Dean doesn't seem the sort to strap on a twee helmet and warm the saddle of a push bike, but as revealed in this doc, he, um, is. And he doesn't just annoy motorists by flying out in front of traffic on a fixie, but loves to hit the trail for some serious mountain biking.

During Chronicle, Dean visits Nevada's dramatic Bootleg Canyon, which he describes as the best mountain bike trails in the state. "When you're out there grinding against the mountain, it sucks," he bemoans. So what's the point? "There's no room for anything else in your brain. It's very soothing." We'll take his word for it.
