"I used to be a tough sumbitch. What happened to me?"

A frightened 'Deadman' looked away from the camera as he muttered that line during the doc. It summed up his crippling self-doubt in a nutshell, and told the full story of a human being struggling to come to terms with his own physical frailty. Before 'Mania 33, 'Taker believed he had "no business being in that match" with Reigns.

His crisis of confidence began in earnest at the 2017 Royal Rumble. There, as he traded some moves with Roman, the legend feared he was getting himself into an impossible situation - would he really be able to give everyone the match they expected against Roman? Could he hang with this hungry young star?

He wasn't sure. At one point, 'Taker even notes that he's taking an important spot on the card from someone who works hard all year to earn it. If he can't live up to the billing and be The Undertaker (at least the one fans know), then he's spitting in that wrestler's face.
