10 Things WWE Fans Need To Know About Adrian Neville
10. Humble Beginnings
Neville began his career by training in his native Newcastle. He joined the local promotion the Independent Wrestling Federation based in Gateshead in 2003. The IWF trained in a church hall, often without the aid of a ring (wrestlers just had to bump on the mats and be happy with it). For Neville, although the training wasn't the best, he got the benefit of ring time. Wrestling was not a full-time profession for Neville in the early years. He had to pay his subs like everyone else and he also worked the nightshift in a factory. After impressing on IWF shows and attending training courses with more experienced wrestlers such as Doug Wiliams, Neville (wrestling as PAC) started getting booked around England in 2006. There was nobody on the UK scene quite like PAC. While a little rough around the edges, he dazzled audiences with his breathtaking aerial offense and became one of the bigger names on the independent scene. His big break in the UK came with the 1PW promotion who booked him against renowned imports such as Teddy Hart and AJ Styles.
