10 Things WWE Fans Need To Know About Adrian Neville
8. Dragon Gate

His first tour was the last for WWE-bound Matt Sydal (Evan Bourne) and many speculated that PAC was being brought in to take his spot. That proved out to be the case and PAC was repeatedly brought back for extended tours. Although he originally worked mainly in six-man matches on the undercard, PAC quickly progressed and began getting booked in big title matches on pay-per-views. He is the longest reigning Open The Brave Gate Champion (kinda like the IC Title) in Dragon Gate history. PAC not only wrestled on shows but also worked out and trained with the Dragon Gate roster. Towards the end of his run there, the improvement in his physique, conditioning and overall performance was evident. PAC came to Dragon Gate as an inexperienced wrestler with lots of potential but left as one of the best in-ring performers in the business. Without Dragon Gate, it's hard to say whether PAC would have made it to the WWE.
