Although the TNA product can often be a confusing mess (especially true of the Russo period), you can usually count on the company putting on some good, if not great, matches ever now and again. A lot of people have stuck with TNA through all of the nonsense because they know that, eventually, they'll get a great match and that the wrestlers are trying their hardest between the ropes. There was a prolonged period, around mid-2005 to some time in 2006 where TNA belonged to three men: AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe. The three men carried the company with their series of breathtaking matches against each other. Their three-way feud is generally considered one of the high points of TNA history. Any combination of Joe, Daiels and Styles generally produced the match of the night on any given TNA event. Their first triple threat match together, in the main event of the 2005 Unbreakable PPV, is considered by many to be the best TNA match of all time. Fans went wild for the match, which saw the three men go at it hammer and tong for almost twenty five minutes. Fans online raved and Dave Meltzer awarded the match an incredibly rare five star rating. To date, it remains the only five star match in TNA history.
