10 Things WWE Must Add To WWE Network To Justify $14.99

4. New Episodes Of Legends Of Wrestling

Legends Of Wrestling
WWE Network

The WWE Network has revolutionised the way we watch wrestling, but it’s not the first time WWE have offered a premium video service. WWE Classics on Demand ran for 10 years from 2004 to 2014, and typically offered 40 hours of rotating programming ranging from WWE, WCW, and ECW archival footage, to new original content.

Legends of Wrestling was made specifically with the Classics in mind. Hosted by Jim Ross or Gene Okerlund, each episode features a handful of wrestling legends having a roundtable discussion on specific topics. The likes of Ric Flair, Jerry Lawler, Dusty Rhodes, and countless others have appeared on the show, and they’re all currently available on the WWE Network.

Few things are more interesting than listening to a well-informed veteran give his take on the business, and Legends of Wrestling is one of the Network’s real gems. With topics ranging from the nWo’s rise to old-school southern wrestling, it’s a highly-informative watch, but WWE haven’t commissioned any new episodes since 2012.

If you’ve never watched Legends of Wrestling, check-out the “Biggest Heatseekers” and “Wrestling Badasses” episodes immediately. You’ll soon be hungering for more.
