10 Things WWE Needs To Do Right Now To Save Raw

10. Kill This Kane / Seth Rollins Angle Dead

To make something absolutely clear first: I am not a Kane hater. In fact, I think Kane is one of the most underrated guys in the company's history, and I was a shameless mark for the Big Red Machine during the Attitude Era. Unfortunately, though, the guy has now been on WWE TV for almost 20 years, and just cannot be expected to help carry a world title feud in 2015. Even if you take out how long he's been around (which in fairness is one hell of an impressive run), Kane just hasn't been booked like a consistent monster in recent years. You cannot have a guy regularly lose on TV and then expect people to buy that he's suddenly a threat to the company's top champion - no matter how many times you make that champion lose (but more of that later). And even if we did believe that Kane had a shot at Hell In A Cell, let's face it: this angle has sucked donkey wang. It's bad enough that they're essentially putting extra trimmings on the same thing they did with Kane and Daniel Bryan in 2014 and Kane and John Cena in 2011, but when those trimmings are a dude having a split-personality crisis that makes his bosses and all his colleagues look like absolute idiots, it's car-crash stuff. Once Seth goes over at Hell In A Cell, this angle needs to be done and dusted. Kane can still be a great on screen presence in 2015, but it's time for Seth to get some fresh competition and for WWE to accept that we know that it's not really hell under that damn ring. It's Hornswaggle and some kendo sticks.
