10 Things WWE Did Right At Extreme Rules

The WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view this past Sunday night in New Jersey was an above average show that continued the positive momentum that WWE has built up for the past two months. Following WrestleMania 30 wasn't easy because of how much people liked that show, but WWE did a good job of creating a lineup that was interesting to its fans. Extreme Rules has a history of being one of WWE's best PPVs of the year because the first four months of the year are usually a time when WWE is the most fun to watch. Since the hottest storylines usually peak around WrestleMania, those stories tend to continue onto Extreme Rules. An example of that this year was the Wyatt/Cena match. Other feuds tend to be new because rivalries were settled at WrestleMania, so it's a show that often has a mix of the new with the old. There were people at Extreme Rules that extended their momentum from WrestleMania such as Daniel Bryan and Cesaro while others like Bad News Barrett received a fresh start that he rode to winning the Intercontinental Title. Paige wasn't even at WrestleMania yet she's already the new face of the divas division. Here's a closer look at the things that WWE did right at Extreme Rules as the youth movement continued once again.
