10 Things WWE Did Right At Survivor Series

7. Mizdow Is A Tag Champ! The Miz Was There Too

The tag title match was a good match although it wasn't great. It's hard to really follow the tag team wrestling formula with four teams out there and two guys in the ring. However, the right team won the titles so that's what matters in the end. You could tell the crowd only cared about Damien Mizdow during this. They barely even reacted to the Usos or Los Matadores, both of whom are babyface teams. That's because this Mizdow character is doing a great job. His actions are hilarious. People are buying into it. The finish was well done with Jimmy Uso doing a big splash, then Miz tagged in and then Mizdow tagged in to get the pin. Post match, Miz celebrated by holding both tag titles while Mizdow was left to celebrate with nothing. Hopefully they get him replica titles. That would be funny. They are clearly being booked as a comedy tag team more than anything, but as we saw with Team Hell No two years ago that's something that can work. That doesn't mean Sandow is going to take off as a main event babyface wrestler like Daniel Bryan, but he's definitely at a high point in his career so it's smart to "ride the wave" so to speak.
