The matchup between Jack Swagger and Rusev will take place using Flag Match rules. That means that each guy will have a flag in their corner and the winner will be the man that incapacitates (a favorite WWE word) his opponent enough that they are able to capture their flag. Nobody will be pinned or forced to submit. It's all about retrieving the flag. What WWE needs to do in anticipation of this match is air some kind of video about what a flag match is or simply have somebody explain it in greater deal. Right now a lot of fans are probably wondering what the stipulation even means. They might think that flags are allowed to be used as weapons in the match when it's nothing like that at all. Announcing a flag match is one thing. Explaining what it's all about and the significance of it is something else. That's why WWE has to make it clear to the fans so they know what they're getting when they watch the Flag Match at SummerSlam.
