6. He Ran Over Santa Claus On Christmas Eve

This is a silly one, true, but it still applies! In late 2012 Del Rio was still working as a heel although he was slowly transitioning into a face. The Christmas Eve episode of Raw had Santa Claus (Mick Foley) handing out gifts to fans by the entrance area. All of a sudden, Del Rio drove into the arena in a white BMW and slowly drove right into Santa, because apparently he's one of the worst drivers ever. This was treated like a big deal, with the announcers going silent. The EMT's treated Santa and put him onto a stretcher. Del Rio ended up losing to John Cena in a comedic main event match as revenge for what Del Rio did to Santa. Since the show was just a Christmas Eve episode it was treated as a joke more than anything in the weeks that followed. Del Rio ended up going babyface soon after and won the World Title from Big Show.
