10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Big Show

9. A Former Employee Sued Him

There was an interesting story in May 2013 as a former WWE producer named Andrew Green sued Big Show and WWE claiming Show choked him and hit him in the face during an interview for WWE.com. Green said that it was his job was to do post-match interviews for WWE.com and the Youtube channel that WWE has, but when he did so with Big Show on January 27th, 2013 in Phoenix (night of 2013 Royal Rumble) that it was not in any kind of script. This is what Green claimed in the lawsuit: "Big Show moved towards Green enraged, shouting obscenities, and waving his fist in Green's face. Big Show then grabbed Green by the collar and throat, striking Green in the face and backing him up against a trunk while declaring 'You son of a bi**h ... Are you having fun right now ... Don't even come up to me again ... I don't give a s**t who you are'." Apparently they had to re-shoot the promo a couple of times, but they ended up using the first shot when Show was really angry. Green claimed that he was unable to continue working after Jan. 29 because "he was uncomfortable working around Big Show and the other wrestlers, nervous, and had 'a ton of anxiety' as a result of the attack." There hasn't been any resolution to the case as of yet although it seems a bit ridiculous that somebody working backstage would overreact to a segment like that when Show was a heel performer at the time. It sounds like Green was just tired of working for WWE and wanted to get some money from a rich guy. The funny thing is that later in 2013 they had Big Show try to sue Triple H in a storyline, which could have been WWE's way of poking fun at Green's lawsuit. Or it could have been a coincidence. You can figure that one out.
