10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Jeff Hardy

3. He Was Known For Botching Moves

http://youtu.be/yYV6AcavytI Hardy is one of the most accomplished wrestlers in WWE history. He won nearly every Championship you could win in WWE during his run in the company, but he also had earned a reputation for being a sloppy wrestler. Maybe it was his use of drugs that hurt him in the ring sometimes. It was also due to the fact that a lot of his offense was high risk. One of his more famous mistakes was at the 2002 Survivor Series event. He was in a tag match and Rico was on the top rope ready to deliver a moonsault. Hardy was supposed to grab the ropes to knock him down. Instead, Hardy was late and Rico yelled at him. That meant that Rico had to stand on the ropes like a dumbass for about five seconds. Hardy eventually made it to do the spot, but it definitely hurt the flow of the match. http://youtu.be/7sKsCO5SHqE In the video above, Hardy took a very painful bump. It happened during a Shotgun Saturday Night match against Doug Furnas and Phil Lafon where he was going for a springboard moonsault (an Asai Moonsault named after Ultimo Dragon). Instead of hitting the move properly, he landed flat on his back. Brutal to watch. When WWE puts over Hardy's greatness they don't want to mention that he did so many crazy things that he hurt himself and nearly hurt others. His sloppiness in the ring was a concern for much of his career.
