10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Ultimate Warrior

4. His Real Life Heat With Hulk Hogan

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDPfGr1VYlg When people think of the Ultimate Warrior the first wrestler they immediately think of is Hulk Hogan. Why? Because their match at WrestleMania 6 is one of the most famous pro wrestling matches ever. That's not a far fetched statement. It's the truth. The video up above was a very famous one where he ripped on Hogan following the death of Randy Savage in 2011. The reason he did it is because Hogan said he became friendly with Savage prior to his death. A lot of people didn't believe that since Hogan has always been known to fabricate the truth about things. Warrior maintained a close friendship with Savage, so he didn't appreciate Hogan's claims. Over the course of the last month in the build up to WrestleMania, there were reports that Hogan and Warrior mended fences. It would be nice if that were true because time should heal all wounds. Hogan and Warrior were at a point in their life where they should have been able to move on from whatever bitterness they had. A lot of times in wrestling we hear about guys feuding in the prime of their careers, but when they get older they're able to repair those broken relationships. It's hard to ignore a guy like Warrior doing a nearly one hour video attacking Hogan's character, though. There were definitely some genuine feelings of distaste that are evident when you watch it.
