10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Undertaker

2. He Once Tried To Bury Paul Bearer In Cement

"Paul, I have no other choice. Rest in peace." This was one of the worst angles in wrestling history that took place at the Great American Bash PPV event in 2004. I have a lot of respect for The Undertaker and Paul Bearer, who is one of the best managers ever, but this was too over the top and too stupid even for a wrestling show. The story goes that The Undertaker was forced to follow the orders of Paul Heyman because he had the urn, so when Undertaker wrestled the Dudley Boys at Great American Bash he also had to deal with his friend Paul Bearer trapped in a block of cement. Undertaker beat the Dudleys in the main event of that show and had to walk over to his friend Paul Bearer. Instead of saving him, he pulled a lever that led to cement filling up the box that Bearer was trapped in and the show ended like that. Soon after, WWE said that Bearer didn't die. He was able to escape. If you really liked this angle, you can even watch a rehearsal video of it too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8KTSOm1nZE So silly, WWE. Even for you.
