In late May, WWE posted an exceedingly strong entry not just for worst angle of the year, but perhaps the decade.

Bereft of creativity - and seemingly, maturity - as they struggled to propagate the entirely moribund feud between Sami Zayn and Bobby Lashley, writers resorted to their most puerile first principles, trotting out a group of men in drag and presenting them as Lashley's 'sisters'.

The skit was offensive to the sensibilities of anyone over the age of 6, not just because it was utterly terrible, but also borderline transphobic. The joke didn't run any deeper than, "look at these blokes with 'taches dressed as lasses - and let's laugh at them." Worse still, it did absolutely nothing to help either man involved, instead dramatically reducing Lashley's aura by association.
