3. The Raw Main Event With Jon Heder

The 'guest host' era of Raw wasn't exactly the best time to be a wrestling fan. For every celebrity that enthusiastically cared about the product, and genuinely helped add a sense of legitimacy (Shaquille O'Neal), there were about three who stunk up the place, and clearly cared about little more than their paycheque at the end of the night (Jeremy Piven, Dennis Miller, Ricky Hatton). Jon Heder, although a charismatic, well-liked actor, certainly didn't help matters. The Napoleon Dynamite star was strangely given a heel role, tagging alongside Big Show and Miz in the show's main event. The trio faced DX and Hornswoggle, a match which ended when the leprechaun hit a "thunderous" tadpole splash onto both Big Show and Heder. This is another example of Hornswoggle getting involved in a programme far too high on the card, and a reminder of a largely disastrous time for Raw.
