Former WWE and ECW announcer Joey Styles has rubbed people the wrong way in his career, but it didn't change the fact that many, many coworkers were very happy to see him give JBL some comeuppance during an exchange between the two.

Apparently, overseas tours bring out the worst in Layfield, and during 2008's "Tribute to the Troops" trip to Iraq, he decided to pass the time by bullying Styles. This allegedly involved verbally taunting him, as well as spilling a drink on him. Eventually, the two men had a showdown, and though people tried to hold a drunken JBL back, he broke free and charged right into a punch from the very small Styles. According to reports, he was caught right below the eye, bloodied, and floored.

Layfield was said to have been more subdued than usual at shows following the exchange. While that clearly didn't last, most people still have fond memories of the time a dumpy announcer dropped the former WWE Champion.
