10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About John Morrison

6. His Three IC Title Reigns Were Totally Unmemorable

When John Morrison bounds back onto WWE TV and swishes his hair around like a rock God, expect the announcers to harp on about all the titles he's won in the company. He's a former ECW World Champion, a five-time Tag-Team Champ and even held the prestigious Intercontinental belt on three occasions.

Go ahead, try to remember any of the latter trio. It's legitimately hard to. All three of JoMo's IC Title reigns were about as memorable as that singles match he had with Carlito on a 2009 episode of Superstars. If you can't recall that one, then forgive yourself. It's been ousted from your brain and labelled forgettable.

Morrison, as Nitro, won the IC belt for the first time at Vengeance 2006. He'd hold it for 99 days, drop the thing to Jeff Hardy, then win it back again 35 nights later. That second reign lasted a paltry week before Hardy came calling again. The third began in September 2009, lasted 103 days and is equally as unmemorable.

Oh well, they tried.
