10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Kaitlyn

2. She Walked Away From WWE On Her Own Terms

When Kaitlyn left WWE behind in January 2014, it wasn't the promotion's decision.

Keen to see what else was out there, return to the fitness industry and launch her own clothing line, Kaitlyn made the call to terminate her WWE deal and walk away. In short, she left pro wrestling's biggest company on her own terms, not because the writing team had nothing for her or due to WWE's willingness to move on.

Kaitlyn must also be proud that she (professionally, at least) hasn't suffered since stepping out of the WWE spotlight. Her clothing company, Celestial Bodiez, became a passion, and she's also ventured into other businesses like motivational speaking and running a smoothie bar with her ex-husband.

Now her life has led her back to wrestling, Kaitlyn is once again in charge. She didn't necessarily need a WWE comeback in 2018, but a renewed desire to return to the ring has re-opened old doors. It's on her own terms, and that's something Kaitlyn must be satisfied with.
