10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Kaitlyn

9. Kaitlyn Was Part Of NXT Season Three...

The original concept for NXT was rather solid (assuming one could stomach the flawed mentor idea, unnecessary reality TV elements or Michael Cole's counter-productive commentary). It was a platform to introduce fresh faces in bulk, and it gave those newcomers the chance to work in front of larger crowds.

It's just a shame the wheels had fallen off the wagon come Season Three. In fact, scratch that. The wheels had come off, and the wagon had tumbled down a nearby cliff before catching fire and exploding into a scorching blaze. In other words, NXT Season Three flat out sucked.

Kaitlyn, along with future favourites AJ Lee and Naomi, was unfortunately part of it despite having more talent than the show suggested.

Forced to engage in embarrassing skits, like kissing Hornswoggle, and generally looking like she had no idea what she was doing, Kaitlyn also wasn't helped by WWE's decision to move the season from SyFy to WWE.com mid-way through. It seems even they knew it was tanking hard.
