10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Kane

9. Isaac Yankem

WWE could, conceivably, find a way of bringing up Kane's past life as Isaac Yankem without betraying his meticulously-built origin story.

They could say that he dabbled in dentistry before realising that he was still haunted by the memories of his family being killed in a fire. That the only reason he didn't go after The Undertaker there and then was because he couldn't quite place him without the aid of Paul Bearer, and the fact they both ended up in wrestling was pure coincidence.

To be fair to Glenn Jacobs, he's not the first wrestler to go through a couple of image changes before finding something that sticks, and his transformation was nowhere near as dramatic as some - Husky Harris and Bray Wyatt, for example.

He was always born to play a maniac, basically, which will be a source of reassurance for Knox County voters.
