10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Lilian Garcia
6. Announced The Big Show As Being 'Four Feet Tall'
To set the scene, The Big Show is one of the largest men in the history of professional wrestling. He's been around at a top level since 1995, working firstly for World Championship Wrestling before joining the WWF/WWE in 1999. Billed as standing a legitimate 7ft 0 inches, the guy is a genuine giant. Most pro wrestling fans are aware of his stats, which only makes Lilian Garcia's announcement of him more baffling. On the March 9, 2015 edition of Monday Night Raw, Lilian signalled Big Show's arrival on the scene with an almighty verbal mistake. WWE dub Show the 'Largest Athlete In The World', but according to Garcia he's one of the smallest in the company. As he was making his way to the ring, the ring announcer included the little-known 'fact' that the giant is actually only "four feet tall". Who knows what was going through her mind. Again, Lilian was forced to acknowledge the mistake on social media. One fan commented on the glaring error by mentioning Garcia in his Tweet. Replying, she said that it was just another one for her ongoing blooper reel. It's unclear whether or not Lilian would have been confronted for the incident backstage, but it's plausible that officials wouldn't have been too thrilled by it.
