10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Logan Paul

3. CryptoZoo Goes Belly-Up

2K Games

The world of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a complex one. It can be tough to determine which projects are and aren't worthwhile, and one of Paul's projects fell into the latter category.

He released a game called CryptoZoo in 2021. The objective was to allow players to trade, collect, and breed animals as NFT's, but initial reviews were terrible and commenters mocked certain aspects of the game, including the use of stock photos.

If the bad news had stopped there, it would've been dreadful enough for Paul, but things got worse a year later. Another YouTuber, Coffeezilla, produced a series detailing the investments made in CryptoZoo totaling millions of US dollars.

Paul issued an apology on Twitter in 2023, vowing to refund $1.3 million US through a rewards program. That program, however, took a year to launch and came with strings attached. He offered to partially refund tokens from fans, in exchange for those buyers agreeing not to sue him.
